How to Request Official Transcript?
To request an official transcript or duplicate degree from The College of Westchester, students must complete the Official Transcript Request form and pay the fee ($10 fee) .

At the bottom of the page Check (Tick Mark) Unofficial Transcript Box.
Unofficial Transcripts are Free, no charges applied.
Fill the form and click on Submit
