Troubleshooting Login Issues

Disabled AD Account

  • If a user’s active directory account is disabled, please warm-transfer students to the CW IT Helpdesk at (914) 831-0448.
  • In the event that we are unable to transfer them, escalate to helpdesk@cw.edu.
  • If it is after 7 pm (Mon-Thu) or 2 pm on (Fri & Sat) , submit a Helpdesk ticket on behalf of the student and inform them that someonefrom the CW IT Staff will contact them the next business morning.
  • When escalating to the CW Helpdesk, please refer to them as the CW IT Helpdesk. Do not use “the appropriate department”.
